You can complete ALL your HRCI recertification credit requirements with our online eLearning training package. 

 

Do you currently hold a PHR or SPHR certification?  HRCI requires 60 recertification credits (hours) every 3 years.  PHRs may take ANY course approved for HRCI recertification credit.  SPHRs must accrue at least 15 credits in Business Management & Strategy (formerly called "Strategic") credit as part of their 60 credits.  If you hold a current PHR or SPHR certification, you can meet ALL your recertification requirements with our low-cost e-Learning package!

 

GPHRs must accrue at least 15  international credits as part of their 60 credits. If you hold a GPHR certification, please note that you will need to supplement this package with at least 8 additional international credits.  CA-certified professionals will also need to supplement our package with 12 additional California-specific credits to total 15. 

 

There is NO LIMIT on the number of e-Learning credits you may use toward your HRCI recertification.  The HRCI website states: "Calculating Credit for E-Learning/Online Courses:  You will earn one credit hour for every hour. There is no credit-hour limit because e-Learning activities are interactive and typically assess the user at the end of the online session."   For verification, please see the bottom of this page:  http://www.hrci.org/calculating_credit.  All courses on this page are classified as e-Learning by HRCI.  Take as many or as few as you wish.
