"I just learned that my
HRCI recertification was approved. What a relief!
Your online courses were instrumental in making that
happen. I appreciate that there are so many subjects
to choose from. They were all well-structured,
informative and easy to follow. For me, and I'm sure
for anyone else who works 40+ hours per week, the
best thing about the courses is that I didn't have

schedule. Tools 2 Succeed gets my highest
recommendation!" --Donna Stark, SPHR,

Each
online e-Learning training course includes an optional skill assessment
and a quiz. A passing

SPHR or GPHR is 70% on either the course skill assessment or the quiz. If you answer
a quiz question incorrectly, you will be given the correct
answer along with an explanation. Questions are
multiple-choice or 1-word answers and are
straightforward. You may repeat the
assessments, quizzes and the
e-Learning courses as many times you wish during your

that will be counted.
