Our executive coaching process will motivate you
to identify and clarify goals and desires, enabling you to
create a plan and take actions to achieve objectives.
We train business executives and managers to coach team
members to achieve a higher level of professional and
personal performance. Communication and rapport are
given top priority in order to challenge limiting beliefs and
empower you to achieve your full potential. A key to
success is the vision statement we help create, describing
vividly what the end result will look like so that you can
begin to envision that new full-potential state.
Progress is measured as goals and objectives are achieved.
Throughout our executive coaching
process, the focus is on outcomes. The program
begins with clarifying your leadership development needs and
prioritizing them. Together, we put together a “vision
statement” – a 1-2 page detailed description of how you see
your professional life in the future, after you have attained
your leadership development goals. This powerful statement
is written in the present tense. Once finalized, we provide
you with an audio recording of the statement so that you can
listen to it daily and put yourself in the frame of mind that
you will be in when you attain your goals. In conjunction
with the Vision Statement, you will build a personalized
development plan with specific goals, including actions,
roadblocks, benefits, and completion dates. We will then
prioritize the goals. Coaching sessions include discussing
the current goal in detail, making sure that you can
visualize what attaining that goal will look like. We will
discuss exactly what you will work on in the coming weeks to
be able to develop your skills and attain your ultimate
goal. Each session will follow up on the previous session.
Depending on the level of success, we may continue with the
previous goal or move on to a new one.

is important to note that specific goals will be set
individually. Focus will be on building competencies in
conjunction with business needs.
