What does the course look like?

Can I access my course from both home and work?
Yes. You may access your course from almost any PC or Mac, as well as smart phones, iPads and most tablets (except Amazon Kindle Fire). You can start a course on one computer and then resume from where you left off on another. We recommend the Firefox browser on all devices.
Can I start a course and then go back to it again when I have time?
Yes. You may start and stop the course as often as you like and pick up from where you left off as long as you click the "Exit Course" button when exiting.
Can I take the module quizzes more than once?
Yes. You may take the quizzes as many times as necessary. You may also review the course as many times as you wish up to 10 days after successful course completion.
Do we need to purchase a separate subscription for each individual?
Yes. Subscriptions are licensed to individuals. The individual's name will appear on the certificate.
Can I save or print a certificate at a later date?
Yes. You can save your certificate at any time after you have successfully completed the course. The certificate will also be emailed to you immediately after course completion. You can save the certificate from any computer.
Will the courses work on an iPad or other tablet or smart phones?
Yes! Firefox is recommended for the best experience. All other browsers should also work. Clearing cache and rebooting Internet equipment periodically is recommended.
